Quantic Feeding: Delta Regimen

A form of nourishment that gives the body all the nutrients it needs, without excesses or deficiencies, as well as, supplying the type of energy the body needs, at the required time.

Delta Diet Advantages
1.- The food that is ingested at times of biological rhythms, allow all the nutrients to be utilized integrally.
The residuals are minimum. If you are overweight, just gradually reduce the size of the portions.
2.- The organism receives the type of energy at the moment it needs it, the body is free of fatigue and nervousness. At breakfast, the start-up or acceleration energy, is contained within the blue and purple groups;
at lunch, the energy of maintenance is contributed by green, red, orange and yellow groups; and at supper time, the energy of relaxation is provided by the white group.
3.- The consumption of food, that contributes the energy of acceleration, out of its time intervals, produces nervousness. In the same manner that, energy that contributes to relaxation, if consumed during the hours of activity, accentuates tiredness.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Avoid consuming pork as it is highly concentrated in toxins; besides, abstain from ingesting canned foods, cold cuts, and alcoholic beverages as these have a high content of flavorings, sweeteners, artificial colors and chemical preservatives. “Light” beverages, low calorie cakes and chocolates and sugar substitutes, are not recommended as these gradually alter the functioning of the pancreas.

BREAKFAST: from 06:00 to 08:00 hours.
Prepare breakfast by combining selected foods from the BLUE and PURPLE groups exclusively.
PURPLE GROUP. Oleaginous, (nuts and seeds).
Almonds, amaranth, chestnuts, hazel-nuts, peanuts, pine-nuts, pistachios, walnuts etc. Other nutrients from this group: coffee, chocolate, yogurt, honey.
BLUE GROUP. Fresh and dehydrated fruits.
Apples, bananas, berries, figs, grapes, grapefruits, guava, lime, mango, orange, pear, plum,
Dehydrates: Prunes, raisins, apricots, etc.
NOTE: Fruits, vegetables and greens are to be washed and soaked in 1 teaspoonful of Magnesium Sulphate (epsom salts) for every liter of water and then eaten raw. Soak for one hour, rinse with clean water and dry them before storage, this also helps to conserve them longer and in better conditions.

LUNCH: from 12:00 to 14:00 hours.
Prepare your lunch combining selected foods from the GREEN, RED, ORANGE and YELLOW groups exclusively.
GREEN GROUP. Green Vegetables.
Beet greens, artichoke, broccoli, zucchini, green squash, bell pepper, spinach, cucumber, green pimento, etc...
RED GROUP. Animal protein.
Milk, creme, eggs, cheese, butter, meat and/or seafood, chicken, fish, beef soups etc.
If you are already a vegetarian, include an extra portion of sprouts in your daily diet.
ORANGE GROUP.
Non- green vegetables. Garlic, eggplant, beet, yam, onion, coliflour, tender corn, tomato, potatoe, etc.
YELLOW GROUP. Legumes. Adzuki, pinto, garbanzo, kidney, lentil beans, etc.

DINNER: from 18:00 to 20:00 hours.
Prepare dinner combining foods from the WHITE group. Cereals. Gravy, oatmeal, instant cereals, crackers, bread, cakes, tortillas, pastas, rice, pizza, etc.
DON'T FORGET: to include sufficient plain water (6 to 8 glasses a day); fresh vegetable and fruit juice and salads with sprouts.
